Basic Information on ticket purchase
Please note that to secure the safety of our audiences and staff, the festival will take the utmost caution for COVID-19 infection prevention measures. Audiences are kindly asked to read here
before purchasing tickets.
The number of tickets available for purchase is limited to 2 per order for all screenings.
All film festival seats are on reserve basis unless otherwise announced.

Notes
- *Tickets are not refundable, exchangeable or replaceable in event of loss.
- *Unauthorized acts such as resale of tickets, ticket numbers and QR codes for commercial purposes are prohibited.
- *Those found to have purchased tickets from any source other than the TIFF Ticket Center in front of Yurakucho Station or TIFF Online Ticeket will be denied admission.
- *Pre-school children are not allowed to enter the theater, except for screenings designated by the organizer (Children over 3 years old will require a ticket).
- *In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Ordinance for the Sound Development of Youth, children under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the theater between 23:00 and 4:00 the next morning. The same applies when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- *Tickets for TIFF are not eligible for services at each venue.
- *Please note that discounted rates for people with disabilities are not applicable since TIFF is a special event.
